These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AiOS platform and related services ("Service") provided by AiOS ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at aios.ae. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

AiOS provides an intelligent business assistant service that integrates with messaging platforms to help businesses manage customer interactions, appointments, inquiries, and operational workflows. We configure, deploy, and maintain the Service on behalf of each client business ("Client").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, knowledge base content, pricing, and service details you provide to us for configuration.
• You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including data protection and consumer protection laws in the UAE.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers before their data is processed through the Service.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

4. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. All business data, customer information, conversation records, appointment records, and any other data generated through or provided to the Service ("Client Data") remains your sole property at all times. We do not claim any ownership rights over Client Data.

Upon termination of the Service, you may request a full export of your Client Data. We will provide this within a reasonable timeframe in a standard, machine-readable format.

5. Our Use of Client Data

We access and process Client Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service for you. We will not:

• Sell, rent, lease, or share your Client Data with third parties for their own purposes.
• Use your Client Data to market to your customers independently.
• Use your Client Data to train general-purpose models or algorithms outside the scope of your specific Service instance.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as agreed upon in your individual service agreement or subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, systems, methods, workflows, software, designs, and processes used to deliver the Service are and remain our exclusive intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our underlying technology beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information received from the other party with reasonable care and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 11 shall survive.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

This Privacy Policy describes how AiOS ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform and services ("Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the end users who interact with the Service.

1. Information We Collect

From Client Businesses (you):

• Account information: Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during onboarding.
• Business configuration: Service descriptions, pricing, operating hours, staff information, and knowledge base content.
• Usage data: Service interaction logs and performance metrics.

From End Users (your customers):

• Conversation data: Messages exchanged through the Service, including text content and timestamps.
• Appointment and booking data: Scheduling information and service selections.
• Contact information: Phone numbers and personal details voluntarily shared.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information exclusively to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service for your business.
• Process and respond to customer inquiries, bookings, and requests on your behalf.
• Generate reports, summaries, and insights for your business management.
• Monitor service performance and resolve technical issues.
• Communicate with you about your account and support.

3. Data Ownership and Control

Client Data belongs to the Client. All data generated through or provided to the Service is owned exclusively by you. You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the Service.
• Export your data in a standard format upon request.
• Delete your data upon termination of the Service.
• Correct any inaccurate information in your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third parties for their own purposes. Data may be shared only:

• Service infrastructure: Third-party hosting providers who process data solely on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to the same protections.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure infrastructure with access controls, regular security reviews, and limited personnel access. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we will promptly notify affected parties in the event of a breach.

6. Data Retention

We retain Client Data for the duration of the service agreement. Upon termination, you may request a full export within 30 days. We will delete or anonymize your data within 60 days of termination, unless retention is required by law.

7. End User Privacy

When your customers interact with the Service, their data is stored as part of your Client Data and subject to your ownership rights. We do not independently contact, market to, or profile your customers. You are responsible for informing your customers about data handling and obtaining required consents.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use essential cookies for basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that track visitors across websites.

9. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed on servers located outside the UAE. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Your Rights
